Free Education Needs your support to chanel it through to the right people

Educate Africa is currently committed to participate in community development through various skills activities which aim to bring hope to hopeless, economical independence, social assistance and welfare Our approach is very simplistic trough information, Formation, Transformation and Perfection we believe to achieve more if every one can join in giving a hand to those in needs.
Information
Acting as an informing centre, Educate Africa gives to all clients (Refugee communities, impoverished and vulnerable citizens and anyone else who approaches the organisation) information concerning Education , HIV/AIDS , Legal matters , Employment , Youth Activities and income generating activities. A referral letter is given to clients who need further assistance as our organization is commuted to collaborate with different other NGOs , Governments , Schools , Embassies , Businesses , Central and Local Government , Churches and so forth .
Why do we assess everybody who comes carefully? The organisation make sure client`s problem is well understood and scrutinized carefully .Afterward, the organization helps this person with adequate proposals to the resolving of his problems. If the organisation can not provide him or her the solution, he or she has to be referred to the relevant organisation as stated above. We have been assisting successfully a numerous number of people with handy information and so far the is number overgrowing.
During the consultation, clients coming for life skills development are informed , if the person is uncertain about what choice to go for, career to embrace after training .we finally do an orientation for him pertaining to his or her ability and drive.

Formation
Formation comes after the assessment and a clear understanding of “what is good for me” and “through this I will change my life forever”
In computer training skills, we do offer Microsoft Office 2003 and 2007, different business forms, developing graphic design, website design and other computer application in order to attract more youngsters from impoverished background to utilise their knowledge and become self sufficient.
We are teaching various languages such as English, French, and Swahili on demand; French course is offered for free to all children from 9 years of age and above. In the near future , we are aiming to teach German, Spanish, Portuguese and other more African languages. We also have interpreters and translators as part of our effort to reduce the unemployment and fight poverty in the communities.
The school offer to informal trader a comprehensive package of General Management, Business Management and Financial Management. The programs do not help them only with skills to manage every single cent wisely, but also to grow and shift from informal sector to formal sector. Most of our students (who own small businesses, street vendors) declared the management course to be helpful and very important for their growth.

Transformation
Is a shift from different stages that people have to go through in order to be who they want to be, from one step to another in the course of learning process. Therefore, we believe that educating is not enough, if at the end of the programme students will hold a paper which is for no use. We believe that it is not about completion of the programme which matters, but it is the responsibility and understanding of problems every one is facing and be able to solve them subsequently which matters. The motivation is to see men and women intellectually well equipped to face any circumstances in the workplace, family and in the society at large. Subsequently, participants are supported through counselling for confidence and optimistism in their day to day activities, this affords each candidate to see his/her positive side of life and role the positive altitude can play in oneself and family development.

Perfection
We have to make sure that every body who visits our office depart with a luggage enough to motivate him/her in trying to improve the condition of his/her life. Whether it is about fighting crime, illiteracy, HIV/AIDS and other issues affecting our community negatively, we need to know that perfect bears perfect. The seed we are sowing to day, the same seed we will reap tomorrow, if you produce perfect results to day the future generation will live in a better world.
Having understood the impact of an uneducated world, Educate Africa which is composed mostly of members who come from a different background, every member is committed to offer the best for a better Africa of tomorrow. Because the continent is not poor on its own, but the problems are the deficiency of information, ability to manage and the lack of leadership.
Today our focus is to rejuvenate the thinking ability of every member of the society especially young people by developing a platform for them to utilize their leadership capacities and abilities and acquire the need experience in the future. Educate Africa understand that the success of the project rest in the intensively in the involvement of the communities in all activities. We, therefore, organise various activities which brings communities together in the search of solutions their problems such as workshops, conferences, social cohesion, youth outdoors activities and more.

HOW CAN YOU PARTICIPATE
In one way or another, the community need your helps, many people are straggling to get their talents used, other need your persuasive ability to free them from drug abuse not forget desperate children and single mothers who are exposing their lives in order to put something on the table. Issue affecting our society is not only the lack of educating since the educated are also battling to overcome the financial and social constraint, but anything which affects the human kind development. We are facing difficulties with our service provision because of financial and equipment limitations as the organisation is in the early establishment.
